I utilize an eclectic approach that centers on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, insight oriented, and supportive interventions. Humor is incredibly important to me in my practice when appropriate :) 

Focused Heart, Clear Mind Counseling offers relationship therapy for couples and expansive relationships. Common issues covered include communication issues, frequent conflicts, parenting issues, and intimacy issues. Sex therapy is another type of psychotherapy that can be done individually or within relationship counseling and often focuses on intimacy concerns, issue with pain, desire, or libido, and/or a goal to increase pleasure.
